主题：求教，宝妈们帮忙看看星悦湾现在买合适吗？

刚迁入广州户口，首套房，单身，想结束租房生涯。目前在越秀淘金工作，星悦湾房价接近300w，现在买入合适吗？主要真的担心价格下降。楼盘附近目前没有地铁，小区内部环境还可以，外部环境一般，也不知道学位好不好，求宝妈们给我指点一二！十分感谢??
