对比起科学城屌丝刚需盘，回头看回南沙湾，刹时间觉得高端大气上档次不少，居住舒适度完全不在一个档次。现在好纠结：同样38000的价位，是要继续占坑科学城屌丝盘呢?还是回南沙湾选豪宅?至于那些干嚎年后暴跌三成的傻空，本人觉得开发商会做慈善的，会两万多拿地，然后两万多盖好房子卖给你们的。啥?傻空说此时应接盘股票而不是砖头水泥?傻空说限贷政策能让砖头水泥暴跌三成?年前我是不信的，年后我可能会信。废话少说，年前先多整一套压压惊再说!哈哈哈哈哈
